Activation terms and conditions

1. Subject matter.
These terms govern a free request to activate a Fasteer instance. The request is not a purchase and creates no obligation to buy.
2. Seller.
FoolFarm S.p.A., Via Paolo da Cannobio 2, Milan, VAT no. 11331520962 ("FoolFarm"). Contact: info@foolfarm.com.
3. Eligibility.
The offer is reserved for businesses and professionals acting in the course of their business activity: the relationship is between economic operators and the protections provided by the Italian Consumer Code for consumers do not apply.
4. Commercial terms.
Annual plans at half price for subscriptions by 31 December 2026; monthly plans at full price. One-time activation €1,000, reduced to €500 until 31 December 2026. Request activation free of charge. Prices exclude VAT and are per standard cloud instance, without integrations or customisations. On premise is quoted separately. End to End includes monthly external-model credit in the fee.
5. Free request.
The form collects contact details, size, formula, billing frequency and preferred server area. No payment is required to submit it.
6. Written offer and confirmation.
Before activation you receive a written offer specifying size, subscription, activation, included services, expected date, minimum term, billing frequency, renewal, cancellation and when activation is payable. The service contract is entered into only when the customer accepts that offer.
7. Subscription start.
The subscription starts at activation. The date is agreed in the written offer.
8. Existing relationships.
Previously confirmed requests remain subject to the terms accepted by the customer; this change does not retroactively alter existing relationships.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction.
These terms are governed by Italian law. The Court of Milan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
10. Applicable version.
The definitive service terms are stated in the written offer accepted by the customer.
