Reservation terms and conditions
The Italian version prevails

1. Subject matter.
These terms govern the reservation of a Fasteer instance as part of the limited launch edition (100 instances). The reservation is not a purchase and entails no obligation to purchase: it reserves a place, on the economic terms set out in section 4.
2. Seller.

3. Who the offer is reserved for.
The offer is reserved for businesses and professionals acting in the course of their business activity: the relationship is between economic operators and the protections provided by the Italian Consumer Code for consumers do not apply.
4. Locked-in terms.
The reservation locks in a 50% discount on the list monthly fee for the selected size, for 12 months starting from delivery of the instance — not from the reservation date. The offer is valid for reservations made by October 30, 2026, and is in any event limited to the first 100 confirmed reservations.
5. The advance payment.
The reservation is completed by paying €500 through Stripe as an advance payment, not as an earnest-money deposit: it is not a penalty and is not retained if you change your mind. The €500 amount includes VAT. It is fully refundable under sections 7 and 8. The payment does not create a contract and does not oblige you to purchase.
6. Delivery and confirmation.
Deliveries begin on November 1, 2026, in reservation order. Before activation, the customer receives written confirmation of size, price and date. The service contract is entered into only when the customer accepts that confirmation; at that point the advance payment is deducted from the first monthly fee. Deliveries take place in reservation order. If the available delivery capacity does not allow the communicated date to be met, the customer chooses whether to keep the reservation with the new date or receive an immediate full refund; in all cases, the guarantee in section 8 remains unaffected.
7. Refund upon request.
At any time before the contract is entered into (signature of the confirmation), the customer may request a full refund without giving any reason by writing to info@foolfarm.com from the email address used for the reservation. The refund is made within 14 days using the same payment method, without penalties or costs.
8. Delivery guarantee.
If the instance is not delivered within 6 months of the reservation date, the advance payment is refunded in full automatically, without any request being necessary, within the following 14 days.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction.
These terms are governed by Italian law. The Court of Milan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
