Enabled usersOne planEach plan includes a number of enabled users and the month's requests. Every tool and every model goes through the same plan. Need more users? Move up to the next plan.
Details and conditions
Three choices, in order.
Choose where it runs, who manages external models and how many enabled users and included requests you need. An enabled user is a person with their own personal Fasteer access. Agents, automations and apps connect with an application key and consume included requests.
1. Where does your instance run?
Cloud Instance: a dedicated cloud instance managed by Fasteer. On premise: runs in your infrastructure; sizing and price are agreed with our team.
2. Who manages external models?
BYOK: use your own API keys and pay providers directly, with no Fasteer markup. API costs are separate from the Fasteer subscription. End to End: Fasteer manages the models, with monthly credit included in the subscription.
3. Choose capacity: XS, S, M or tailored.
XS, S and M differ by enabled users and included requests. Larger environments and custom integrations are scoped with our team.
How does activation work?
Send an activation request for XS, S or M. We will contact you with the written offer and agree an activation date before you decide whether to proceed. For custom sizing or on premise, contact our team.
VAT, billing and activation
All published prices exclude VAT. Monthly prices are monthly equivalents; billing frequency and the applicable service terms are confirmed in the written offer before acceptance.
Standard cloud activation is a one-time fee, shown with the plans. On premise activation and terms are quoted separately.
Included requests and model credit
Every gateway request counts against your included Fasteer requests, whether private AI, cache or an external model responds. Included requests renew each month. All tools and models use the same plan allowance.
With End to End, the published monthly model credit is included in the subscription. BYOK uses your own model-provider keys and provider charges are separate.
