Choosing Fasteer
Three choices, in order.
Choose where it runs, who manages external models and how much capacity you need. Sizes count simultaneous requests, not named users.

Self Hosted · on-premise
Runs in your infrastructure. Available from size L upwards; sizing and price are agreed with sales, not online.

How do you buy?
For SaaS XS, S or M, reserve with a refundable €20 fee. It is separate from the subscription, not payment for the full plan. We confirm price and activation date in writing. For L, XL, Custom or Self Hosted, contact sales.
3. Choose capacity: XS, S, M or tailored.
Public price list
Two subscription formulas.
Capacity counts simultaneous requests, not named users. Every plan can be used by your whole team.
All list prices exclude VAT. The €20 reservation fee includes VAT.
Prices per month show the subscription amount, not a monthly cancellation right. Minimum term, billing frequency, renewal and cancellation terms will be set out in the written offer before you accept the service contract.
Fasteer BYOK
Use your own API keys. You pay external-model providers directly, with no Fasteer markup; those costs are separate from the subscription.

What makes up the cost?
Fasteer's monthly subscription. SaaS setup: €0 for new reservations made by 31 December 2027 (instead of €1,000, excluding VAT). With BYOK you pay external-model providers separately; with End to End, the subscription includes monthly external-model credit and you can buy more when needed. Today you pay only the refundable €20 reservation fee.
Two separate balances: with End to End XS, you have 10,000 Fasteer requests and €100 in monthly external-model credit. A call to an external model uses one Fasteer request and some model credit; either balance can run out first.

How the price works
Capacity, requests and model usage
Your plan sets how many requests you can process at once and how many are included each month. External AI model usage is managed separately.
1. How many requests you can process at once
Capacity means how many Fasteer requests are processed simultaneously. Additional requests are queued.
XS example: up to 5 simultaneous requests, even if more people at the company use it.
2. How many requests you have each month
Every gateway call counts as one request, whether the private AI, the cache or an external model responds. Included requests renew each month.
XS example: 10,000 requests included per month.
3. How you pay for external AI models
BYOK — pay providers directly.
Use your own API keys. External model usage is separate from the Fasteer subscription, with no Fasteer markup.
End to End — Fasteer manages them.
The subscription includes monthly external-model credit. Once it runs out, you can buy €100 credit top-ups.
